Website privacy and cookies

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This notice covers the public bioresonance.club website. Boris Douarre is responsible for the website's use of personal data. The mobile application's privacy policy describes the separate processing within the app.

Your choice

Advertising cookies are optional. You can accept or refuse them in the banner and continue to use the website either way. The Google advertising tag is blocked until you accept. Refusing does not load it or send advertising measurement requests to Google.

Optional advertising with Google

If you accept, we use Google Ads to recognise eligible website visitors and show Bioresonance advertisements later on YouTube and Google's advertising partners. This uses cookies and similar identifiers. Google receives technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, the time of the visit and the public page visited. Google may combine this with information it holds, according to your Google settings and its policies.

Our tag configuration excludes the query string, fragment and referring-page address from the page information we send. We do not send names, email addresses, app inputs, health information, photos or saved rituals to this advertising tag. We do not collect form entries or set up enhanced conversions. The tag only loads on the six public landing pages, not on the legal pages.

We use your consent as the basis for this optional advertising processing. Google Ads eligibility rules still apply; accepting cookies does not authorise targeting based on sensitive health interests.

Storage and withdrawal

We store your accept or refuse choice and its date in your browser's local storage for up to 180 days under bioresonance.ads-consent.v1. This preference does not contain an advertising identifier. The language selector separately remembers your language under its own local preference.

After acceptance, Google may set first-party advertising cookies such as _gcl_* and use other advertising cookies. Their duration and use depend on the Google service and your settings; see Google's cookie information. An advertising audience is not a permanent record: membership is limited by the audience's configured duration and Google's rules.

You can reopen “Cookie choices” in the footer and select “Refuse” at any time. This updates the consent signal, removes Google advertising cookies accessible on this website and reloads the page to stop the tag. Google may receive a final consent-status request during withdrawal. Withdrawal stops future collection by this tag; it does not by itself erase data already held by Google or cookies on Google's domains. You can also use Google My Ad Center, Google's privacy controls and your browser's cookie settings.

Website delivery

The website is hosted by GitHub Pages. Delivering pages requires normal network requests, which expose technical connection information, including an IP address, to the hosting provider. See the GitHub privacy statement. Rejecting advertising cookies does not prevent these necessary page-delivery requests.

Providers, transfers and your rights

Google and GitHub may process information outside your country under the safeguards described in their privacy policies. See Google's privacy policy and Google's business privacy information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority, such as the CNIL in France. For questions about this website or to exercise your rights, contact bioresonance528hz (at) gmail.com. Google also provides controls and request mechanisms for information it holds.
