BIORESONANCE
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bioresonance (“Bioresonance”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use the Bioresonance mobile application (the “App”). Bioresonance is designed as a private, on-device relaxation and wellbeing experience.
1. Information processed on your device
The App may process the following information locally:
- spoken words and their on-device transcription;
- text you enter about how you feel, the context and your intended wellbeing state;
- a photo you choose to take as a personal visual anchor;
- voice waveform and harmonic values generated for the in-app visual experience;
- local AI output, selected programs and frequency sequences;
- session history, preferences and onboarding status.
This content is used to provide the features you request. The App’s AI model runs on your device. Bioresonance does not upload your voice recording, transcription, photo, personal ritual text, AI result or session history to Bioresonance, RevenueCat or Firebase.
Speech recognition is requested in on-device mode. Availability depends on the language packs and capabilities provided by your device. If on-device recognition is unavailable, you can use the text input instead.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.
We use RevenueCat to present subscription offers, validate purchases, restore purchases and determine subscription entitlement. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous App User ID, purchase and subscription history, product identifiers, transaction or receipt information, entitlement status, store and platform information, and related technical request data. We do not send your wellbeing content to RevenueCat.
3. Crash diagnostics
When Firebase Crashlytics is enabled in a release, Google may receive technical diagnostic information such as crash stack traces, relevant application state, app version, device model, operating-system version, timestamps, installation identifiers and session identifiers. This information is used only to identify and fix reliability problems.
We do not use Firebase Analytics in the current App, and we do not intentionally include your voice, transcription, photo or wellbeing descriptions in Crashlytics logs.
4. Permissions
The App may request access to the microphone for speech input and voice visualization, speech recognition for transcription, and the camera for an optional selfie. These permissions are used only when you activate the relevant feature. You can change permissions in your device settings.
5. Purposes and legal bases
Where applicable under data-protection law, we rely on:
- performance of a contract to provide features, subscriptions and purchase restoration;
- legitimate interests to secure the App, prevent abuse and improve technical reliability;
- consent for device permissions and any processing for which consent is required by law;
- legal obligations relating to transactions, accounting and consumer protection.
6. Retention and deletion
Local content remains on your device until you delete it in the App, clear the App’s data or uninstall the App, subject to your device’s backup settings. Session history can be deleted from the Sessions screen.
Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Firebase retain information according to their own legal obligations and retention policies. Firebase states that Crashlytics crash stack traces and associated identifiers are generally retained for 90 days before deletion begins. Transaction records may be retained longer where required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or consumer-protection law.
7. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell your personal information. Limited information may be processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Firebase as described above. These providers may process information outside your country and use contractual and legal safeguards for international transfers where required.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of certain information, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Much of the App’s content is stored only on your device and is not accessible to Bioresonance. You can directly remove local content through the App or by deleting the App.
For purchase information, you may also need to contact Apple, Google or RevenueCat because those providers control parts of the transaction record.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher age for independent consent, a parent or legal guardian must authorize use. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a Bioresonance account because the App does not require an account.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No device, software or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device with an access code and keep its operating system up to date.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the App, our providers or applicable law changes. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through the store listing.
12. Contact
Bioresonance is responsible for this Privacy Policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at bioresonance528hz (arobase) gmail.com. You can also use the App Support contact shown on the Bioresonance App Store or Google Play listing.
