Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bioresonance mobile application (the “App”) provided by Bioresonance (“Bioresonance”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Wellbeing purpose only

Bioresonance is designed for relaxation, personal rituals and general wellbeing. It provides audio-frequency sequences, visual experiences and locally generated program suggestions based on the words you choose to provide.

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease or condition. It is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional, prescribed treatment or emergency services.

Do not delay or discontinue medical care because of information or content in the App. If you have severe, sudden or worsening symptoms, believe you may be experiencing an emergency, or may harm yourself or someone else, stop using the App and contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately.

2. Frequency and bioresonance content

The App contains catalogues historically associated with Raymond Royal Rife and other traditional frequency, relaxation and sound practices. Claims commonly made about Rife frequencies or bioresonance have not been established as medical treatment by generally accepted clinical evidence. Program names, historical associations and frequency references are provided for informational, relaxation and wellbeing purposes only.

Results are individual and are not guaranteed. A program selected by the local AI is a wellbeing suggestion, not a diagnosis or professional recommendation.

3. Safe use

• Keep the volume low and comfortable. Stop if sound or visual effects cause discomfort.
• Do not use the App while driving, operating machinery or when distraction could create a risk.
• Use extra care if you are sensitive to flashing, moving or high-contrast visuals. You may look away or stop the session at any time.
• Use headphones only when it is safe to reduce awareness of your surroundings.
• Consult an appropriate professional before use if you have concerns about hearing, photosensitivity or any health condition.

4. Eligibility and personal responsibility

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. The App is not directed to children under 13. You are responsible for your use of the App and for deciding whether its relaxation content is appropriate for you.

5. License

Subject to these Terms, Bioresonance grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the applicable store rules. The App is licensed, not sold.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, extract or commercially exploit the App or its catalogues except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

The App may offer monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, billing period, trial terms (if any) and included features are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

• Payment is charged by Apple or Google to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple or Google subscription settings before renewal, subject to the store’s timing rules.
• Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period, subject to applicable law and store rules.
• Purchases may be restored using the restore function and the same store account, subject to platform and RevenueCat rules.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies and applicable consumer law.

RevenueCat is used to validate purchases and determine access to subscription features. It does not process your payment card.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the App unlawfully, attempt to bypass subscriptions or security, disrupt the App, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the App to threaten, harass or harm others.

8. Intellectual property

The App, design, software, artwork, audio generation, visualizations, copy, curated program structure and associated intellectual property belong to Bioresonance or its licensors. Historical names and source references remain subject to any rights and limitations applicable to their respective sources.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features, catalogues or subscription offerings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. On-device speech recognition and AI performance may vary by device, language and operating-system support.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of medical effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or specific results. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bioresonance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the App. Bioresonance does not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited, including mandatory consumer protections or liability caused by fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where applicable law does not permit limitation.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France where permitted, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. If you are an EU, EEA, Swiss or UK consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory laws and courts of your usual place of residence.

14. Store-specific terms

If you obtained the App from Apple, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store usage rules also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App except as required by law.

If you obtained the App from Google Play, the applicable Google Play terms and policies also apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, subscriptions, providers or law. The revised date will appear at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice.
